Commentary: This resort/retail project was designed for the complete overhaul of the famous International Market Place in Waikiki. Working with Brian’s previous company (Urban Labs) for the Queen Emma Foundation, the project was nearing the start of construction when internal changes within the client organization forced the project to be shelved.

Commentary: This project consists of a new 1,500 sf Panaderia (Mexican Bakery) with 2 commercial/retail spaces.
